We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to work at our corporate headquarters and warehouse in Halethorpe, MD. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for arranging product and material assembly and ensuring that each project is on track and completed. This position is also expected to support the overall operation of Appliance Distributors Unlimited when needed. There is room to grow as specific tasks that fall outside this job's essential functions may be asked.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. A competitive hourly wage plus full benefits including generous PTO, paid Holidays, health insurance (medical/dental/vision/prescription), holiday bonus, and 401k with an employer contribution.

Position Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and assigning delivery, delivery routing, and installation of appliances
  • Provide excellent client service to clients
  • Answer and handle incoming client service concerns, including promptly returning phone and email messages
  • Enter client and job-related information into necessary databases
  • Pull client files and distribute them to the assigned Installer
  • Order required parts for services
  • Organize and maintain accurate client records
  • Enter all new installation orders are entered into ADU’s system, verifying information from the contract is accurate

Position Requirements

  • Customer service experience with the ability to exceed customer expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other required web-based platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations efficiently and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge to analyze data
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects at various levels
  • Process Improvement capabilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage of $21.63 which is equivalent to a base salary of $44,990
