Shift Rotation: Our Licensed Vocational Nursing positions are generally from 7a-7p with alternating weekends off.

Essential Functions:

· Administer medication as prescribed, implement the plan of care, maintain a safe environment, carry out doctor’s orders and provide complete documentation.

· Provides coaching, supervision and assistance to the direct care staff.

· Provide and supervise basic care for residents.

· Assure that the environment is consistently therapeutic, by role modeling appropriate interactions with the residents, staff and families.

· Work with team members with respect and dignity.

Do you have at least one (1) year dementia nursing experience in an assisted living setting and a minimum of (3) years long-term care nursing experience? • Our ideal LVN candidate is someone that has a positive outlook, flexibility, strong communication skills, empathy, solid references, & work history. Significant knowledge in Alzheimer's and dementia is a must as well as strong leadership skills. Out-of-box thinking and compassionate approach to care and management of staff is required. LVN’s are also required to be part of our community on-call rotation.

COVID vaccinations are required for employment. This is not a remote position.
