As a RPD (Removable Partial Denture) dental lab Machine Operator Technician, you will be working in the advancing field of dental technology. You will work within our Maintenance Department with team members that understand their work helps and affects people’s day-to-day life. Our varying positions work together in various departments to help repair, design, create, and maintain the most consistent partial frameworks (Removable Partial Dentures) available.

Department Duties:

• Team members work in mobile and sedentary positions while using fine motor skills to provide hands on operations, maintenance, and repairs to and with cutting edge removable partial denture technology and machinery. Attention to detail will be highly important.
• Take care of all machine-specific functions such as any operations, malfunctions, configuring the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability.
• Ensure that the machines are working at their full capacity, oversee their maintenance, and perform timely quality checks.
• Keep an updated database on all machine information, defective units, and final products.
• Maintain a log of the activity.
• Regularly submit performance reports.
• Learning how to operate different machines and processes involved with the production.
• Learn on the job regarding the best practices in the industry.
• Reporting to your department supervisor, you will learn, grow, and gain experience. Compensation to match experience, attitude, and effort.

Department Details:

• 35-40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends.
• Starting Time: 8:00am – until the work is done (generally between 4:30pm/5:15pm).

Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of heavy duty and high-speed machinery.

• Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
• Good physical stamina, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and dependable.
