Maintenace Assistant (Part-Time) Job at Commonwealth Senior Living at Stafford
The main objective of the Maintenance Assistant is to assist the Maintenance Director in helping the community run smoothly. He or She must perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other technical tasks, as well as ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal life-safety code regulations.
This position is a Part-Time, Flexible Day position- 8 hours a week.
