Maintenance Technician Job at Belmor Community

Our manufactured housing community is seeking a dependable, honest and experienced maintenance technician. The candidate will have previous experience in construction /carpentry and will demonstrate craftsmanship in site development, grounds care, and related property maintenance skills.
Duties include building and grounds maintenance, water/sewer sytem maintenance, road repairs, and new home set ups. (Experience with heavy equipment is a plus and preferred.)
Candidate must be able to pass criminal background and drug screenings and have a valid driver's license /reliable transportation.
Medical benefits are not available at this time.
Pay Rate: $20 - $24 /hour DOE
