If You Wanna Be Our Hero, You'll Have:

• Experience completing overall maintenance projects, including HVAC, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, alarm systems and drywall
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Your own equipment and tools
• The desire to reliably do things right the first time, every time
• Ability to work minimal on-call emergency hours
• Great communication and customer service skills

A maintenance tech for our rental properties will:

• Follow daily checklists to inspect buildings and equipment for issues
• Promptly address any concerns with the appropriate repairs
• Prioritize tasks and work independently
• Save the day by handling emergency situations, following safety protocols, and notifying appropriate personnel
