Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking to hire a Manager, HR Operations in Lynnwood, WA.
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager acts as a cross-site HR functional leader and is the bridge between central HR teams and site HR. The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and influencing the delivery of operational activities and best practices for HR Operations and for streamlining and automating HR processes to effectively support the business.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Remote schedule which allows for the option of full-time work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
Essential Functions:
- Support the execution of a continuous improvement HR roadmap that enhances HR value through expanded capability, increased ease of use, and greater efficiency/accuracy.
- Leads the Payroll, HRMS, Compensation and Affirmative Action/Diversity functions and team across the Aerospace & Electronics organization.
- Responsible for HR compliance and assess readiness in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Support process development, training and execution of company-wide performance management programs, promotion and compensation cycles and leveling, as well as other critical people programs.
- Partnering with Crane corporate, effectively utilizes and enhances utilization of HR Management systems
- Produces custom and standard reports to senior leaders
- Supports HR group level projects, as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience :
- Five ( 5) or more years’ years of relevant experience in HR/HR Operations including HR Management systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting and Affirmative Action/Diversity.
- Experience driving metrics-based performance and measures
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex reporting and analysis, process driven, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
- Advanced with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR function.
- Advanced knowledge of compliance with the state and federal laws.
- Advanced HR Technology experience including working knowledge of queries and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex reporting, project management and change management projects.
- Advanced with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with HR Generalist knowledge required, including compliance with the state and federal laws that apply to the plans.

- Communication (written and verbal)
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or a technology business.
- HR Certification from an accredited source
- MBA
Employment Eligibility Requirement:
- This position requires access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

- Standard office environment
- Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE
- May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes

Salary range: $96,553 to $153,025. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
