Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

Provides project and strategic analytical support for market and competitive intelligence trends, as well as manages and executes quantitative and qualitative consumer research initiatives. Supports Strategy and Marketing efforts through the completion and interpretation of reports, studies, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

Essential Job Functions

  • Leverages multiple qualitative and quantitative data sources (e.g., demographics, behavioral, internal data, surveys, and third-party data) to build reports and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Uses customer segmentation techniques to guide Marketing in the implementation of targeted consumer matching strategies.
  • Compile, validate and analyze data to identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilizes primary and secondary research and summarizes data to inform recommendations in a way that supports leaders and accelerates decision-making.
  • Generates and disseminates standardized and ad-hoc reports for key decision-makers.
  • Works to ensure standard definitions, evaluative criteria, etc. are applied to analyses (e.g., market share, service lines, consumer brand studies, competitive overviews, etc.).
  • Analyzes Marketing campaign results to quantify potential return on investment (ROI), validate propensity modeling, and provide consumer segmentation refinement.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate market data and create clear and informative reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Related Field (required)

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business or Related Field (preferred)
