Manager, Provider Engagement Job at Spring Health

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Provider Engagement on the Provider Growth team, the Manager of Engagement will design and implement strategies and incentives that encourage a more meaningful relationship between providers and Spring Health.
What you'll be doing:
- Devise and implement data-driven strategies to engage the provider network
- Own incentive programs, including action planning, forecasting, provider communication, follow up and reporting
- Facilitate connections and conversations with top-performing providers via surveys and interviews to understand what motivates them with the ultimate goal of growing provider capacity
- Partner with Provider Success and other POPs teams to understand provider challenges and desires; advocate broadly for applicable solutions and opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to build materials that reach and engage our network
- Collect provider feedback at a regular interval and escalate to relevant teams; plan next steps and lead any resulting initiatives

The target salary range for this position is $97,700- $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
