We are currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager (Remote in the US) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio (US-OH), United States (US).

Marketing Campaign Manager - Financial Services and Insurance Portfolio (REMOTE ROLE)

The Marketing Campaign Lead serves as the thought leadership strategy lead for the Financial Services and Insurance vertical of NTT DATA. Overall this person is responsible for designing campaigns from beginning to end working with our internal SME's, marketing partners and others as needed. Use creative and innovative ideas to create campaigns. This might involve, podcasts, etc.

This person collaborate closely with the marketing business partner as well as FSI business unit and consulting leadership their objective is to generate demand and support business growth. This person will gain an understanding of our client base and digital technology solutions offered for this vertical and co-develop the marketing strategy and programs to help the team achieve overall goals. Drives thought leadership and consulting engagement with marketing programs, partners, analyst relations, and client engagement/advocacy opportunities. This person collaborates closely with all of Marketing & Communications, including Vertical Marketing Business Partners, Strategic Campaigns, Partner and Portfolio Marketing, and shares insights and feedback from the business unit to the full Marketing & Communications team.

Responsibilities might include:
  • Advise and consult with Consulting and Industry Solution leaders within our Financial Services and Insurance business verticals to design innovating awareness, demand generation and content marketing programs that include strong value propositions, marketing strategies, KPIs, and messaging architecture.
  • Design campaigns collaborating with the FSI Marketing Business Partner, advise and consult with FSI vertical industry solutions and consulting leaders to create an overall marketing strategy designed to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Analyst Relations, Public Relations and Customer Advocacy leaders to enhance and promote market leadership, highlight business leaders as experts in their field, document client success stories and deepen client relationships.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and Marketing & Communications team members to maximize information-sharing and drive positive results.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities through industry research and news monitoring, and participation in industry and/or marketing organizations and events.
  • Manage and adhere to marketing budget, maintain vendor and agency relationships, and oversee related contracts and payments.

Skills Required:


  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing IT services and/or Life/P&C Insurance industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing, web, content syndication, messaging, email, overall demand generation capabilities.
  • Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred.

Preferred skills and experience:


  • Understanding of the Financial Services and Insurance industries, ideally life/P&C insurance, including broader issues and client pain points
  • Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth.
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with business leaders, team members and clients
  • Strong project management and organization skills to plan and execute marketing initiatives and juggle competing priorities
  • Enjoy working with a diverse team, sharing ideas and creative thinking.
  • Experience working with Consulting, industry and/or technology groups.


Location: This is a remote role. Prefer someone in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience demonstrating the ability to independently drive marketing programs.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role within a Technology or Financial Services organization
