Job Title: Marketing & Content Coordinator
Job Summary: Eau Claire Cooperative Health Center, Inc. (d/b/a Cooperative Health), a leading community health center in the Midlands of South Carolina, is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented professional with advanced marketing techniques and excellent soft skills who understands the importance of brand consistency to serve as a point of contact for the organization’s marketing campaign activities. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing strategies, reviewing, creating or improving compelling content ideas, coordinating social media postings, coordinating communications for digital media, as well as participating in community events. This person will support the organization’s strategic plan via communications/marketing approaches.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign assets – digital and physical, that promote internal/external communities and in support of customer growth and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing content for the organization’s website, social media outlets, and waiting room media.
- Create impactful presentations using Connections, PowerPoint, Microsoft office, Visio, or other Digital Authoring software.
- Discover, troubleshoot, and solve issues with digital platforms and content—articles, links, navigation, user experience.
- Stay current on industry algorithm changes, trends, cultural events for smart marketing decisions.
- Track, analyze, and generate reports on social media metrics to assess content performance for future publications optimizing advertising campaigns for brand awareness and conversion.
- Assist with writing, proofreading or repurposing of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual publications.
- Attend organizational meetings as needed
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues on various community awareness and patient education projects as required
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Ability to write technical, persuasive; and informative materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in marketing, communications, and social media
- Healthcare experience a preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Must be able to work with diverse clientele
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a team concept
- High expectation of self and others
