Successful real estate team at Lake of the Ozarks looking for a Marketing Coordinator with experience using Canva.com, Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop. This individual must be creative and have knowledge of graphic design principles. Candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and promote our brand. Expert knowledge with social media is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, including newsletters and emails to promote our properties, services, and branding
• Create and design marketing pieces, including brochures, flyers, postcards, social media graphics, and digital advertising campaigns
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our followers
• Use Canva.com, Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance photos and videos
• Create and maintain a library of marketing materials, including property photos, descriptions, and videos
• Website management
• Edit aerial video to create still images and videos
• Familiarity with A/B testing to help optimize campaigns

Qualifications:

Real estate background preferred but not required with the right candidate

• Strong knowledge of Canva.com, Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with A/B testing, CRM programs, and scheduling social media post software
• Knowledge of photography and videography equipment and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
