What you'll be doing:
- Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Regional Marketing, the Marketing Director will be responsible for proactively owning and implementing region-specific marketing plans for customer acquisition and expansion
- All about the customer: focused on understanding what really creates value for the customer and aligning the business to deliver marketing plans accordingly
- Manages the complete process of an event including planning stage, running the actual event itself and the post-event evaluation.
- Manages operational and administrative functions to ensure event is delivered efficiently.
- Ensures event is in line with company's overall marketing strategy and attracts target audience
- Collaborate effectively with the global marketing, business development and customer engagement leaders to deliver on pipeline goals
- Work closely with regional leads to develop and deliver account-based marketing plans in full alignment between customer engagement, business development, and the broader marketing team
- Apply multi-channel marketing best practices to generate and accelerate sales pipeline
- Track, analyze and optimize the region’s marketing activity
- Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, hosted, and sponsored, working closely with internal parties to report results
What we look for in you:
- 9+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS preferred
- Prior experience leading, planning and organizing regional marketing events
- Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes working closely with the sales function
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and best practices
- Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Self-starter with the ability to leverage data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and a creative thinker
- Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot and other marketing technologies for reporting and campaign execution
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
