Summary
Glaz-Tech is looking for an experienced Material Handler with Overhead Crane experience at our_ Santa Teresa, NM location_. We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, and assembling glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows. The material handler will use a variety of tools, machinery, and protective gear to ensure product is produced safely and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities may include:

• Operating an indoor overhead bridge crane
• Reading production tags to receive, stage, and handle flat glass product
• Loading and organizing window panes onto transportation carts, storage racks, or delivery trucks.
• Quality inspections for proper cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds
• Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8”
• Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to complete simple computer task.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Background Check/Drug Screen

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Overhead bridge crane experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
