We require a talented diesel and pump mechanic who is looking to develop a long-term career with a stable company and wants to be challenged by array of technical challenges daily. Pay commensurate with proven relevant experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Holland Pump is seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to service, troubleshoot and repair Perkins, John Deere, Mitsubishi, Duetz, Cummins, Yanmar, Kubota diesel engines. Knowledge and repair of Vickers & Denison Hydraulic Systems, Knowledge and repair of prime-assisted suction lift pumps such as Gorman-Rupp, Selwood, Cornell Pumps. Repair of LobePro Positive Displacement Rotary Lobe Pumps. Ability to troubleshoot electrical motors and electronic control monitoring and telemetry important. Knowledge of ACL, SoftStart, and VFD systems helpful. Knowledge of Murphy, Control Inc., LOFA, Deep Sea, Mission, and other control packages important.
Qualifications and Skills
General Requirements:
o Must have tools including hand and pneumatic
o Advanced knowledge of diesel engine diagnosis and repair
o General knowledge of electrical wiring systems (230 and 460)
o Basic reading and mathematical skills
o Legible handwriting
