Job duties:

• Greet patients, verify patient information, ask screening questions, enter screening information into EMR system. Perform & record vital signs, perform a variety of screenings including: Bone Mineral Density screenings, diabetic retinopathy screenings, peripheral neuropathy screenings, peripheral vascular disease screenings, upload reports to patients chart in EMR system. You will provide support to fellow Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
• Previous electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Previous medical office/patient care experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team oriented. Must maintain professionalism & respect for patients and co-workers.
• Must be flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment, and take challenges head on.
• Must be willing to commute to wellness centers located in Reno, Carson City, and Fernley NV.
