Lincoln Hospital and Clinics is hiring a Medical Assistant/LPN Supervisor in Davenport, Washington. Davenport is located 35 miles from Spokane and only 30 minutes from Lake Roosevelt Recreation Area. Medical Assistants and LPNs who work at our facility care for a variety of patients and develop stronger relationships with patients.

This position plans, organizes, and oversees staff to provide best patient care and ensure customer satisfaction. The MA/LPN supervisor is responsible for creating an environment of open communication. This position will work closely with the Clinic Manager to provide staff training, assist in policy development, and implementation of new programs.

Job Requirements: – Graduate from an accredited school of Medical Assistant – Current Certified Medical Assistant license in the State of Washington– Minimum 3 years experience working in a healthcare setting with 2 years in a supervisory capacity-- Ability to demonstrate a strong capacity for leadership, communication skills, and creative problem solving-- Working knowledge of insurance coding, ICD and CPT codes, and experience with EPIC—previous experience working in a Family Practice setting preferred.
