Seeking a mid-level Family Law Attorney:

We are an divorce law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an attorney with 3 or more years experience to join our team and work directly with the owner and other attorneys to support the team and help our clients.

We want to be known for helping our clients through an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them.

We are growing fast, and we need an attorney who can hit the ground running.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

Working directly with clients to start their divorce and move them through the court system as quickly as possible. This will include reaching out to clients to gather factual information and determine what they need to protect their rights and prosecute their case efficiently.

Of course you will prepare the standard family law documents, propound and respond to discovery, conduct and defend depositions, and be prepared to take our client's case to trial if necessary.

• You have 3-7 years of Family Law experience as an attorney.
• You can manage large caseloads.
• You are able to independently handle decision making on a case by case bases.
• You can regularly consult with clients and other parties as needed.
• Can develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants.
• You are able to cultivate relationships with the firms existing and future clients.
• Dedicated to providing monthly case reviews.
• Able to build client cases and ensuring all communication is documented and relayed to the client.

We love to help people learn and grow. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand holding.

This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work for 40 hours per week. Some of this can be done remotely. Compensation will depend on experience, but the right attorney will earn between $120,000-150,000.

There will be opportunities for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. After a probationary period, additional benefits such as Health Insurance, 401k and paid time off will become available.
