Natural Helper
Empowering Youth, Inc. is seeking a Natural Helper who will assist with providing information and support to parents and families through our Empower Parenting Program. Natural helpers conduct eligibility screenings and help youth and families navigate complex community social, health and educational systems. The less formal social support relationships natural helpers offer families and youth are particularly effective for engagement in behavioral health, substance abuse and parenting-related services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages,
-Assist with counseling appointments for families and youth
-Provides general information; greets and directs visitors
-Opens and routes incoming mail
-Distributes correspondence and other material to department staff
- Assist administrative assistant and staff in disseminating information about the counseling program to the community though social media, health fairs and community engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,280.00 per year

Experience:
- Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
