Navigator Program-Marketing Coordinator for the PanWest TX Navigator Consortium Job at South Plains Community Action Association
The Navigator Marketing Coordinator will oversee all marketing and outreach strategies involving the Pan West TX Navigator Program including the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and a broad and diverse range of business and marketing communications. In addition, the Navigator Marketing Coordinator will become a certified Navigator and serve as a backup Navigator for the program. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Associate Director of Health Services/Project CHAMPS Program Director, SPCAA’s Communication Director, and the Lead Navigator and Navigator Program Staff to develop outreach and communication materials for the program. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee Navigator Program communications and branding in various online and print platforms including, but not limited to the agency website, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, etc. and routinely post pertinent information and pics of Navigator events on these various platforms. Minimum educational requirements are a bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or another related field. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Some travel may be required throughout the (15)-county South Plains area and (17)-county West Texas service area for outreach and enrollment events. Some after hours and weekend work may also be required for outreach and enrollment events. Relevant experience is a plus. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in both English and Spanish is preferred.
