Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary: The Network Analyst provides expertise, develops and oversees successful customer/payor relationships and provider network operations, including oversight and resolution of provider and payor contractual, rating claims and value-based payment issues.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree and payor network development or claims experience
• Preferred Education: Master’s degree in health administration, or equivalent experience
• Required Experience:
• • 1. Two or more years of experience in provider network development or payor claims/rating.
  • 2. Proficiency in Excel, Access
  • 3. Demonstrated strong partnering and relationship-building skills
    
  • 4. Demonstrated strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
    
  • 5. Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new analytical methods, software applications, and tools
• Preferred Experience:
• • 1. Three or more years of experience in network development/contracting
  • 2. Expertise in creation and maintenance of provider rating inpatient, outpatient, professional, other service areas.
