Pay: $120.00 ~ $150.00/hour
Job Type: Contractor and others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license with Board Certification (PMHNP, FNP or similar).

• Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience with mental health and/or ADHD patients.

• Must have active DEA registration (Schedule 2~5) for PA.
• Full practice authority for the state you are applying (laws and regulations are specific to each state).

a collaborative physician agreement in place (if required by your state) or willing to obtain a collaborative physician upon hiring.

• Active personal malpractice insurance or willing to obtain one upon hiring.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial online visits with new patients, provide professional mental health evaluation and diagnosis.
• Conduct monthly follow-up online visits. Perform medication management if necessary.
• Develops individualized treatment plans to address the clients’ goals and objectives.
