Summary of Job Duties:
The Administrative Analyst provides operational, organizational, fiscal, and administrative services to the Department of Nursing in the following ways:

  • Providing administrative, process, and purchase transaction support.
  • Performing requisition entries for financial transactions, with understanding and follow-up of the entire transaction cycle through completed and seek to resolve issues as necessary.
  • Providing supporting information and documentation for purchases, inventory, reports and presentations, and as otherwise requested providing documents in response to State approval bodies and national accreditation agencies on a continual basis.
  • Collects and document detailed data for ongoing accountability and reporting to maintain critical program accreditation
  • Processing travel arrangements and assist with preparation of travel reimbursement requests.
  • Effectively organizing and retrieving office and student files and records.
  • Assisting with semester processes for registering student; serving as resource person for faculty advisors
  • Develop and use Microsoft Forms and/or similar applications to administer surveys for decision making and assessment purposes
  • Assisting in the planning, organization, facilities reservations, for meetings and events hosted by the Department.
  • Provide direct supervision for front office staff and student workers
  • Developing, compiling, and creating content for external distribution and promotion (brochures, flyers, news releases) etc.
  • Submit academic schedule for proofing
  • Serve as departmental lesion for campus communications
  • Completing other duties as assigned
  • Tracking producing reports and presentations preparing and /or updating records and reports for grants and other funding sources within the department

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in Organization Management, general business, or a related field. Experience working in higher education preferred.
