We are seeking a full-time Assistant Nursing Home Administrator for our Skilled Nursing Facility/Rehab facility in Evanston, IL. In support of the Administrator, the Assistant Administrator will plan and implement facility activities, enforce policy and procedures, supervise and educate staff and serve as a liaison between the nursing department and the administration.
The position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or similar discipline and prior management experience in a skilled/rehab facility. We are seeking a driven organizational leader who is goal-driven and eager to grow with our company.
