Nursing Home Administrator Job at Southwest LTC
LEGACY AT TOWN CREEK ~ PALESTINE, TX
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrator to lead our team of professionals at a progressive, growing long-term care facility located in the Palestine, TX area.
- Leads and directs the overall operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs
- Government regulations and company policies so as to maintain quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives
- Monitors each department's daily activities: including setting priorities and job assessments
- Responsible for all financial transactions
Job Requirements
- Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Texas
- Minimum of two years applicable management or comparable experience in the LTC
- Develop, maintain and implement operational policies and procedures to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
