This position is responsible planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
Design and plan work shifts schedules
Investigate company's staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly
Work with recruiting agencies when needed
Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
Create and prepare reports
This person will work closely with the DON on maintaining staffing needs
Reports to the DON and Administrator
Must have valid VA C N A license.
