TCI Supply is hiring a Office Administrator to help the Account Managers with the day-to-day quoting and procurement of industrial controls at its office in suburban Philadelphia. The company is growing and is looking for a motivated self-starter to help fulfill the needs of our large customer base.

About the Position
Role and Responsibilities
- Customer service by phone and email.
- Packaging boxes
- Typing invoices through Quickbooks
- Help the Office Manager maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain records, documentation, and files
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker, outside the box to solve problems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Self-starter who can learn our niche industry
- Willingness to Work in a Team
