TCI Supply is hiring a Office Administrator to help the Account Managers with the day-to-day quoting and procurement of industrial controls at its office in suburban Philadelphia. The company is growing and is looking for a motivated self-starter to help fulfill the needs of our large customer base.

About the Position

Role and Responsibilities

  • Customer service by phone and email.
  • Packaging boxes
  • Typing invoices through Quickbooks
  • Help the Office Manager maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and files
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker, outside the box to solve problems
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Self-starter who can learn our niche industry
  • Willingness to Work in a Team

Pay: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour
