The part-time office manager works closely with the general manager in preparing the following documents:
Weekly payroll data for the company accountant.
Sales orders and invoices for internal approval and email to customers
Shipping documents for daily product shipments
Customer contact with information on sales, invoicing, payments, and shipments
Light accounts payable filing and bill paying
Light purchasing
Light telephone reception
We view this job as ideal for a semi-retired office professional or a retiree who wishes to return to the work force.
