QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Home Care operations is required. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to interact with agency/facility staff, corporate leaders, and others.
POSITION SUMMARY: Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, manage meetings and training for staffs.
QUALIFICATION/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
· Leadership and ability to ‘make things happen.’
· Must enjoy the challenges of solving scheduling puzzles and enjoy working with people with diverse culture and language.
· Strong communication sills (both written and oral).
· Great initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must be able to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and prioritize.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a fast and demanding environment.
· Detail oriented: an attention to details for task with a minimal tolerance for errors.
· Must be ethical, with strong values and principals.
· Must be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Must be proficient in Word, Quick books, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Overview: The Office Manager will be required to do the following:
Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and manage the administrative team.
Organizing meetings, training, and managing databases/software/IT infrastructure.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Plan, Coordinate, and implement important improvement programs for the company.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients organizing induction programs for new employees.
Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
Supporting staff with administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes and are followed by the QI coordinator.
Track, trend, and report data needed to monitor agency performance standards.
Submit weekly reports and submit in a timely manner to Manager
Ensure 100% of clients and employee participate in the client satisfaction survey
Assists with other chart audit activities as assigned
Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
Monitor online reviews for the company. Identifies opportunities to improve patient care and documentation.
Identifies areas of improvement initiatives. Assists with development of new policies, procedures, and protocols.
Participates in company, local and statewide QI meetings as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
