Job Description

This Office Manager position will work alongside our office team - sales, accounting, procurement and engineering - to help with pulling files, reviewing customer emails, reviewing vendor emails, organize and manage paperwork, and generally support inbound calls, emails, visitors and internal documentation. This is a critical function that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with teammates and customers through emails and phone calls. You'll need to be a self-starter with strong organization skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Ask questions, be hungry to learn, and quick to pick-up new things
• Facilitate the gathering of information from multiple team members for quotes
• Enter information into our JobBoss and ProShop computer systems
• Perform other tasks to support the various functions of our customer service department
• Always be looking for ways to improve our quoting and ordering processes
• Help to create a fun and productive work environment!

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing drawings and part specifications is a plus
• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• Able to make creative, timely and independent decisions
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
• Attention to detail when dealing with important customer specifications
• Previous experience with manufacturing businesses would be ideal
