Wyoming Specialized Physical Therapy is seeking an office manager with a dynamic personality, professional attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.

We need an individual who is: motivated, organized, empathetic and responsible.

As The Canidate, You Will Be Expected To:

  • Establish good rapport with patients, co-workers, and staff.
  • You will greet patients with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service by answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and performing credentialing tasks.
  • Perform insurance billing, perform in-office procedures, handle insurance verifications and authorizations, call and fax prescriptions, mange over-the counter collections and maintaining facility cleanliness.
  • Additionally, you will be in-charge of opening and closing the office, and responsible for sending in payroll and accounts receivable.
  • Having a background in bookkeeping would be an added advantage.

The Perfect Canidate Should Have Knowledge Of:

  • Electronic medical billing for PPO/HMO. Medicare and Workers Compensation.
  • Entering data from new patients into the electronic medical record, demographics, updating patient information, maintaining accurate patient medical records.
  • You must obtain patient insurance information, including eligibility, necessary for scheduling and billing.
  • Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments, ensuring the upmost respect for patient confidentiality with a thorough understanding of HIPPA regulations.
