STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for an Onsite (Warehouse) Staffing Supervisor (Bilingual) for our client in Northampton, PA. This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about himself/herself. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to counsel and coach associates. This person will be responsible for check ins, safety walk throughs and assisting with the time clock procedures for the temporary associates. All shifts available! Join our team today! Essential Responsibilities:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Supervise temporary industrial field staff
- Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
- Assist temporary associates with questions
Specific Abilities:
- Warehouse experience
