Job Summary

To lead the adoption, implementation and continuous improvement of standard and centralized processes and tools for policies, audits, controls, metrics/ indicators and data analytics. To operationalize the agreed-up business plan and strategies by leveraging business acumen, technical and data analytical skills.

Required Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience.
  • Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, controls, metrics).
  • Experience with compliance-based tools and processes for standardization, centralization and automation (e.g. policies, controls, metrics).
  • Broad based knowledge of technology and solutions.
  • Experience in simplifying and standardizing complex concepts and/or processes.
  • Experience with cross functional efforts.
  • Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, data analytics and research.
  • Experience leading and mentoring staff or team.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
  • Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
  • Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of shared service tools and processes.
  • Ability to influence, to execute, and navigate organizational politics.
  • A track record of business process improvement.
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Experience in scheduling and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
  • Ability to analyze and identify improvements in systems.

Preferred Job Requirements:

*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT). *Demonstrated ability to develop and apply analytical approaches to solve critical business issues with tangible results.
  • Experience in content creation to effectively communicate and present complex information to colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong execution skills and high level of ownership.
  • Knowledge in technology and digital strategy, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to drive work independently and autonomously with limited direction
