- Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions and configuration within the Oracle Order Management (OM) functional area.
- Lead implementation and Roll-out Oracle EBS (R12) OM projects and support synergies around business functional areas.
- Lead CRP’s, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle implementations, effectively report out to leadership team, analyze data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions.
- Mentor, assist team members, and work with technical team to implement solutions.
- Headquartered about 30 min north of Milwaukee, this position can work locally from the Grafton, WI office or remotely. Relocation assistance is available for those who prefer to work on-site.

- Expertise in configuration and analysis support for the Oracle R12 OM module with complete understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Oracle R12 Order Management System.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS OM (R12), including implementation and Support.
- Experience developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines
- Proven track record in defining Oracle Order Management strategies
- For remote employees, willingness to travel to the office 20% – mostly during project milestones.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Must be located in the USA
