Job Description:
- Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve highly complex issues, under limited supervision, surrounding complete goods orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.
Duties:
- Researches, analyzes and responds to complex order status inquiries by utilizing host systems and communication with factory/supplier contacts.
- Evaluates, analyzes and prioritizes sales needs relative to factory/supplier production and dealer, branch, and Company inventories.
- Assists channel partners in ordering and configuring equipment using on-line ordering tools.
- Researches complex product configurations utilizing all available information sources.
- Initiates requests for information if not available.
- Expedites and traces orders for channel partners through host systems.
- Trains and counsel's dealers on order fulfillment programs, incentives and alternative products.
Requirements:
- Onsite position
- Excel – Intermediate
- Data Analytics experience
- Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- Comfortable with fast pace of work and changing priorities.
- Desire to learn, Strong written and oral communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Manufacturing/commodity knowledge
- SAP experience
- A Degree or equivalent experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
