A local power distribution company in the La Porte, TX area is seeking an Order Processing Administration Assistant to join their team! Please review the following requirements and apply if you meet them! We can’t wait to meet with you!
Requirements
- 2+ years experience processing and entering orders
- High school diploma required
- Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action
- Excellent time management
- Ability to communicate technical data in a clear and concise manner
- Must exhibit excellent written and verbal skills
- Critical attention to detail
Job Responsibilities
- Processing customer inquiries and providing customer service support on current orders
- Entering orders
- Processing orders
- Tracking of shipments and submittal or orders to accounting for final processing
- Processing orders and credits
- Interpret and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures
- Maintain detailed notes in order files
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm
$18/hr. - $22/hr.
