What will I be doing?

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family counseling, crisis intervention and treatment, as well as case management activities through individual treatment plans.

You will be working on:

• Communication skills
• Individual and family counseling

• Creating individual treatment plans based on family’s needs

Am I a good fit?

In this position you will be travelling in the community to meet families where they are. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Attention to detail and organization skills will ensure success in this role.

Qualifications:

Master’s on licensure track supervision required or LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW with Master’s degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, etc. and license. A minimum experience of 2 years in the mental health field and includes working with children and families which may include intern, volunteer, and professional child and family services work. Candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check and must have valid driver's license with safe driving record.
