This role can be full-time or part-time.
Are you looking to make an impact in helping patients on a day-to-day basis with their eye care needs? Are you a motivated professional who is experienced with customer service, multitasking, and using computer software?

We are a growing optometry practice with two locations in Zelienople and Ellwood City, looking for driven customer service professionals who can provide exceptional care to our valued patients. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Use of computerized records system
- Check-in and check-out of patients
- Determining patients’ needs and scheduling appointments/providing solutions accordingly
- Insurance verification and/or filing
- Inventory management
- Selling and dispensing contact lenses/glasses
- Pre-testing patients
Required Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, to solve problems, and to use sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work ~1 evening per week, ~2 Saturdays per month
