Job Description

Is responsible for registering all patients receiving services from Flowers Hospital including gathering and entering information to complete the registration, obtaining signatures and collecting applicable patient liability on accounts.

Job Summary:
Is responsible for registering all patients receiving services from Flowers Hospital including gathering and entering information to complete the registration, obtaining signatures and collecting applicable patient liability on accounts.


Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Formalized computer training and college course work is preferred.

Experience: At least twelve (12) months prior registration or customer service experience is preferred. Must be able to manage high volumes of work within strict deadlines and perform duties without prompting and with very little supervision.
