About Us:
The Law Office of Mark Nicholson is a small, but growing law firm in Indianapolis. We focus on criminal defense and have a particular focus on representing people accused or convicted of very serious crimes.
We are looking for a personal assistant who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to take on all tasks with a positive attitude. Also, the personal assistant must have experience using social media and feel comfortable creating social media content videos.
Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and schedule meetings for attorney and potential clients and clients
- Help with social media campaigns
- Run errands as needed such as getting supplies
- Help create marketing content, video, audio, etc.
The Successful Applicant:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to dress to impress for court, office, and social media marketing
- Experience using social media
- Enjoy being on camera for marketing campaigns
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
