The team at Stone Blossom strives to design, build, and maintain landscapes and gardens that are functional and beautiful in the Bedford/Manchester area. Whether it’s a total landscape makeover, a front yard refresh or seasonal containers, quality is always our focus. Our design, construction, planting, and fine gardening divisions work hard to ensure our clients’ needs are met.

Planting/Landscape Crew Members ($20 - $25 per hour)

• Work with a horticulturist to perform tasks associated with landscape planting, including site and soil preparation, plant placement, planting, pruning, laying sod, seeding, watering, etc.
• Operate many types of landscape equipment from skid steers and excavators to sod cutters and backpack blowers

Fine Gardening Crew members ($19 - $24 per hour)

• Work with a horticulturist to perform tasks associated with fine gardening, including weeding, deadheading, pruning, edging, mulching, planting, etc.
• Use gas powered equipment such as backpack blowers
• Seasonal installations of annuals
• Holiday decorating with fresh greens

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have experience/interest in planting, gardening and horticulture
• Be able to lift 40 pounds
• Work in a fast paced and physically demanding environment
• Work in all types of weather
• Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a DOT medical exam
• Pass background checks
• Reliable and punctual
• High attention to detail
