Job Overview
The POS Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily operations, assembly and or delivery of racks and fulfilling Point of Sale (POS) orders. This position assists in the receiving, tracking, routing, and monitoring of POS items. The POS Specialist participates in inventory counting and reconciliation processes and is responsible for pre-assembling inventory items for shipment. The POS Specialist collaborates cross functionally with managers, warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers. The POS Specialist PT will work on multiple projects simultaneously, which requires efficient use of time management and organization skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with daily operations, assembly and or delivery of racks and fulfilling POS orders.
- Assists with receiving, tracking, routing, and monitoring of POS items.
- Assists with inventory counting and reconciliation processes.
- Assists in pre-assembling inventory items for shipment.
- Checks staging area for any POS not delivered or POS that was returned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent Driving Record.
- High Energy, Self Motivated with organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and communicate with customers professionally.
- Knowledge of inventory processes preferred.
- Strong time management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver's License Required
