Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an engineering, procurement, and construction environment and will be familiar with reports and dashboards used for major capital projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI

• Work with various teams to gather requirements for reporting and analysis

• Create data models and design visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders

• Optimize report performance and maintain data integrity

• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users

• Collaborate with other teams to integrate Power BI reports with other business applications

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

• Strong data analysis skills and experience with data modeling

• Experience with SQL, M, DAX, and C# API Interface modules

• Experience with requirements gathering and solution documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction processes and reporting requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI

To be considered for this position, candidates must submit samples of their dashboards in addition to their resume. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of successful projects demonstrating their skills and expertise.
