SUMMARY

This position provides counter food and beverage service to all Clubhouse members. You will handle electronic payment transactions and maintaining cleanliness in a high-volume operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accept orders and relay to kitchen in a timely manner
• Accept payments and give receipt of payment
• Assemble and serve food to guest
• Follow basic food safety guidelines
• Clean concessions area after event according to closing procedures
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work with electronic payment devices and give receipt of payment
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in another counter service preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work independently

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to transport 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must obtain a passing score on the Team certification course
