In this highly visible role, you will lead our global marketing efforts for the Abre Venous Self-Expanding Stent. You will work with other US and Global Marketers and cross functional partners including Regulatory, Compliance, Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Supply Chain. Primary responsibilities will be to execute on product life cycle management through developing marketing plans and tactics, collecting competitive intelligence, and building/managing internal and external relationships.

A Day in the Life

· Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge

· Analyze trends and develop forecasts; create business dashboards and other metrics required to support team operations and plan development

· Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to assess the current business environment and make recommendations. Continuously improve product marketing effectiveness

· Marketing lead for supply chain and demand forecasting for product portfolio (monthly discipline and annual strategic planning)

· Lead the development, budget, and execution of key marketing initiatives; create tools and resources that support the business objectives

· Project manage all required collateral. This includes, but is not limited to, brochures, sales training materials, physician training materials, video production, etc.

· Gather competitive intelligence and assess market dynamics. Package information into effective messaging and tactical campaigns

· Present product and marketing plans to internal and external customers

· Prepare regular feedback to management regarding project status as well as other critical issues which affect the attainment of project completion dates

· Build strong collaborative partnerships across the business to identify opportunities, ensure alignment, develop marketing tools, competitive positioning, and promotional programs

· Partner with US Sales organization and regional teams to effectively communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, competitive information to maximize sales results and ensure needs are addressed

· Partner with Sales Training to create and deliver sales force education

· Cultivate physician relationships and gain insights to identify potential market adoption challenges and develop plans to address

· Function as strategic point of contact for trade shows, conferences and/or courses

· Travel requirement: up to 30%

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 7+ years’ experience in a marketing, sales, or related field (5 years with Masters)

Nice to Have

· MBA

· Medical device, pharmaceutical, health care or experience

· Passionate about leading and working with cross-functional partners to solve business challenges while putting patient & customer needs first

· Demonstrated capability to develop a strategic plan of action

· Demonstrated capability of managing multiple complex projects

· Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and supervision

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
