1st Shift 18.75/HR 6:00am – 4:30pm

2nd shift 18.95/HR 5:00pm – 3:30am

Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts 4 days a week mandatory overtime possible anyday Friday-Sunday.

Starting pay is $18.75. 2nd shift's differential is $0.20/hour ($18.95) paid weekly.

Overtime is $28.12-$28.42 per hour over 40 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Position components and/or sub-assemblies in correct relationship by either manual means or by using locating fixtures.
-Secure with mechanical fasteners (screws, clips, etc.) or adhesives
-Check parts and alignment, setting aside faulty material and notifying Supervisor
-Clean parts and/or sub-assemblies as required
-Repair damage to painted parts with brush or spray
-Connect to gas/air/electric test equipment and check as specified
-Package, carton and identify (stencil, etc.)
-Determine and record production counts
-Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order
-Perform quality checks as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Responsible for quality and parts that meet customer expectations
-Meet customer deadlines
-Ability to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required
-Take ownership for accuracy of processes
-Work successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasks
-Effectively interact & communicate within team and other functional groups
