Crystal Springs’ Adult Services are designed to provide adults with developmental disabilities nurturing environments where they are treated with dignity, respect, care and compassion, and are supported to achieve their greatest potential to live independently, gain meaningful employment, and live a healthy life style.

We currently have a full time Program Director 1 position available in our Adult program. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility.

The Program Director 1 will be responsible for providing administrative, clinical and programmatic operations of the adult residential programs supporting individual supervision, individuals, staff program development, coordination of care, and general maintenance and operations for a residence for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population of individuals, other care providers, family and community members.

Supervisory requirements include supervision of the Assistant Program Director, Residential Supporters and Community Supporters of assigned programs.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required; College Degree or CNA Preferred;
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably with adults who have been diagnosed with ID/D, ABI, or who have chronic conditions affecting their ability to live in the community preferred but not required.

Language/Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written English and to read and comprehend work related documents which are almost exclusively written in English.

The salary range for this position is $42,224.00 - $46,134.40 based on experience, education and MAP certification. We are including a staff retention pay rate of $2.50 per hour. Staff Retention Pay is based on continued funding and is currently funded through June 30, 2023.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $2,500. 75% ($1,875) is paid out after completion of 90 days and 25% ($625.00) is paid out after completion of 180 days.
