Link Solutions is seeking a Web Programs Support Task Lead to join our team in Washington, DC.

• This is a hybrid position (required to be on-site several days a week; the remaining days are telework).

The Web Program Support Task Lead will be responsible for managing and executing strategic web program communications plans across The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Communications and (AOC) Web Management digital channels. They will work with the marketing, communications, and sales teams to create and maintain effective online campaigns for the FAA. The lead will work closely with key stakeholders across a major academic institution to maintain the enterprise-level website. The Task Lead will report to the Project Manager (PM) and be responsible for assisting with team goals, schedules, budgeting, and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform website content maintenance and improvement, analysis, information architecture, page layout, design, development, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide a Web Content Management Training Plan and develop and maintain up-to-date user/training manuals and guides.
• Make recommendations on the strategic direction for the communications and outreach function of the program to ensure the communication of a consistent, compelling message.
• Develop governance/project plans and related documents (such as communications plans, guidance documents, and wireframes) in support of legislative mandates, public emergencies, and related important events and Executive Branch initiatives.
• Maintain and update training documents for both Adobe CQ5 and Adobe Enterprise Manager (MyFAA) and Drupal (FAA.gov).
• Conduct regular learning/refresher training sessions to review tips, tricks, and any updates to the CQ5, AEM, and Drupal content management systems (CMS).
• Provide training to FAA content owners (application and content) in web content best practices, when requested by the content owners.

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of experience relevant to a team lead role.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Drupal, Office 360, JIRA, Adobe's Site Catalyst/Omniture, HTML/CSS, Office 365, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with web development/web publishing process.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
