The program manager oversees the daily operations of the Intensive In-Home program and Mental Health Skill Building programs. The program manager reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor and indirectly to the Clinical Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow general operations of the agency and programmatic direction of services for individuals
- Monitors all QMHPs who service individuals through said programs
- Communicates with QMHPs regularly to ensure that the highest quality of services are provided and paper documentation is maintained
- Must be willing to provide services for at least one client
- Completes other tasks deemed necessary by administration team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Admissions and intake procedures
- Documentation skills
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of in-home and skill building services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
