We are hiring a Purchasing Program Manager! This position will be a key role to ensure we are all advancing in a coordinated manner. As our Sourcing Managers are focused on leading multiple RFQs to support the construction of our future site in Kentucky this role will act as a "Chief-of-Staff", collaborating with all her/his peers in Sourcing to guarantee alignment, progress tracking, help in determining priorities and creating metrics to show how we are all advancing in our efforts.

In addition to working very closely with Sourcing peers, this person will also work closely with other functions as we’ll only be successful if all the functions are collaboratively advancing in a harmonized pace. Some of those functions include, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, EH&S and Finance.

This person must be able to lead professional communication with senior leadership of our company.

Education and Other Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or equivalent from an AACSB accredited program; Other technical degrees with business background also considered
• Strong understanding of commodity strategy development, budget setting and supplier relationship management
• Must be well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and be able to effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior management
• Strong communication and commodity leadership skills
• Solid understanding and practical use of MS Office Suite including MS Projects
• SAP/Ariba knowledge will be considered a plus

Location and Travel Requirements -

• Location: This job is open to Remote. If the selected candidate is based near one of our sites (Covington in MA, Hopkinsville in KY or Westborough in MA) the candidate may have the option to work from there if preferred. In case of remote work, the candidate should be able to work based on Eastern Time.
• Candidate should be able to travel, as a reference, up to 25% of his/her time. Travel requirements might vary based on business needs.
